This patient came in with upper & lower dentures. He was never able to use the lower denture due to poor fit & has to use "a pound of adhesive" on the upper. He was also unhappy with the look & feel & "long buck teeth" on the upper denture. Pt chose to get a new upper denture & lower implants with a bar & overdenture.
